I give sfrent.net LLC and/or its agents permission to enter my unit, in my absence, between the hours of 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday, for the purpose of addressing this submitted workorder request, without prior notice.

This workorder is for a common area, and does not require entry to my apartment.

I do not give sfrent.net LLC or its agents permission to enter my unit and will need to arrange for a mutually agreeable time and date for the request to be addressed by a staff member.

I understand that if I want to be present during the repairs, it will complicate coordination between the vendor and myself, and could delay the request being addressed.

I understand that scheduling vendors to address maintenance requests is necessarily imprecise, since vendor scheduling is subject to emergencies and it is often unpredictable when a prior job will be completed. Therefore a broad range of schedule times may be provided for the vendor to attend to my request. I understand that while vendors make every effort to stay as close to the planned schedule as possible, there are no promises or certainty that can be provided regarding the exact timing.

To help with scheduling possible appointment times, I can be present and available on the following 5 dates within the next 2 weeks for minimum 4 hour windows during business hours 9am-5pm. One of these times will be confirmed by you. I understand and accept that there may be cancelation of appointments due to external circumstances and emergencies.

Selecting availability dates is only required if you chose the third option above.
