  • Pre-moveout Checklist/instructions - how to reduce or eliminate security deposit holdbacks.
  • Move Out Inspection Form - make the apartment ready, schedule the move out inspection, do walk through with building manager and turn in the keys (make sure to provide forwarding address if applicable).

*Please make sure that you remove all your belongings from the building when your tenancy has terminated. Do not leave furniture or other personal items in the building, as we will charge you for hauling it. We suggest you save money by taking your excess items to a recycling and resale facility, like Goodwill or Urban Ore. Many people also use craigslist to dispose or give away their excess stuff.
