Please contact us ahead of time to see if the apartment is ready before scheduling your moving truck! Also, make sure to contact your new resident manager at least 24 hours before arriving to pick up keys.

1. Complete all necessary leasing documents
2. Call PG&E (800-743-5000) immediately to set up service
3. Schedule key hand-off with your new resident manager
4. Complete a move-in worksheet
5. Get renter's insurance. You need it! What you don't know can hurt you. Read this article for more information.
