Do I Qualify?

We look for a the following in order to approve applicants:

San Francisco/Oakland:
Gross monthly income = 3 times the rent
Verifiable funds (bank balance) = 3 times the rent
Good credit and positive rental history with no evictions

Pleasant Hill:
Gross monthly income = 2.5 times the rent
Verifiable funds (bank balance)= 2.5 times the rent
Good credit and positive rental history with no evictions
